At NOURÉ, we take great care in packing and preparing your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Due to the nature of perfume and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perfumes and fragrance oils

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled or shipped.
